A Machine Data Transducer (MDT) is a data collection
device (with or without an Operator Interface)
that easily installs on any machine. Using existing
electrical signals in the machine, the MDT units

There are three basic models of MDT with a variety of capabilities, and they can all be incorporated
into a ProductionACE system. This unique functionality allows you to match individual machine data
collection, data display and Operator interface needs to the appropriate MDT for the most cost-effective
system available.
